Please read these terms carefully before using Orven IT services.

Limitation of Liability

Orven IT acts as a facilitator for account setups. We are not liable for any business losses, account suspensions, or damages resulting from third-party platform (e.g., Google, Meta) policy changes after the handover.

Document Authenticity

Clients must provide 100% genuine and legal documents for DUNS and Play Console verification. Orven IT holds no responsibility if an application is rejected due to forged or inaccurate documents provided by the client.

Third-Party Policies

Accounts created by us are subject to the rules of respective platforms (Google, Apple, Meta). Clients must strictly follow their guidelines. We are not responsible if an account gets banned due to your app's or ad's policy violations.

Service Delivery

Delivery timelines depend on the review process of third-party authorities (e.g., D&B, Google). While we ensure prompt processing from our end, we cannot guarantee exact approval dates.

Account Ownership

Once the Play Console, Meta Ads, or Auto-call system is fully verified, paid for, and handed over, the client becomes the sole owner of the accounts and all associated data.

Payment Terms

All service charges and dollar top-up amounts must be cleared as per the agreed terms. Dollar top-ups for Meta Ads are non-refundable once the balance is successfully added to the ad account.

Ongoing Support

We provide technical support for our setup services. However, resolving post-handover issues (like ad account restrictions or app rejections) may incur additional consultancy charges depending on the complexity.

Service Refusal

Orven IT reserves the right to refuse service or cancel an ongoing project if we suspect illegal activities, fraud, or uncooperative behavior from the client's end.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our service packages and pricing at any time without prior notice. However, ongoing projects will not be affected by any new price changes.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if Orven IT fails to deliver the promised verified account due to our own technical fault. No refunds will be issued if the failure is due to invalid client documents or third-party policy strikes.
